A chill in the wind, peace in all hearts...
All of the men in all of the nights...
Warming their minds with memories bright...
Of all the happy and merry times...
Of all the cheerful and blissful chimes...
Its the Season of cheer and I live by these rhymes...
The Grace of Christmas bewitching these climes...
As the silver moonbeams softly caress...
As the children softly sing carols..
Unfolds the magic of the joyous season...
The season of love, the season of care...
There's magic in the eyes of the children...
Listening for the hooves of Rudolph the deer...
There's bliss in the souls of the elders...
Drinking in the cheer so abundant around...
In the reds and the greens and the candles bright...
In the aroma of the freshly laid table...
The bells, the lights, the stars, the holly...
And the Angels on decorated pine trees, green...
Warmth to man, gives the roaring fire...
Warmth to the heart, gives the Christmas tune...
To gather at home around that Christmas tree, bright...
With the precious family and the special ones near...
Its then we realize that its not 'bout the season...
But 'bout all of the goodness and love in our heart...
For all the peace, love and cheer it spreads...
Only but once a year comes Christmas calling...
